Hooded Cobra acquired intelligence uncovering a plot by The Elder Exiles to kill as much as 70% of the world’s population. With that the race has begun to discover by when, and how to stop them. With the help of Zohla, and the Den of Serpents their search led them to Alice Cody - a researcher who held the key to finding a solution.

Having successfully rescued Alice from The Exile’s Manhattan facility, it was discovered that The Exiles were manufacturing, and stockpiling massive amounts of expl0sives while studying in detail the most wide-spread, geologically active site on Earth - The Pacific Ocean’s “Ring of Fire”.
